Nux and Max's Blood Bag Gauntlet
In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, a woman rebels against a tyrannical ruler in search for her homeland with the aid of a group of female prisoners, a psychotic worshiper, and a drifter named Max. From the 2015 film Mad Max: Fury Road, this is the hero “Blood Bag” used the first half of the film until Max finally tears it off him. You can still see traces of fake special effects blood throughout the tubing from all the usage on screen. Made of leather, metal and plastic tubing; the “Blood Bag” is an intravenous cannula used for lengthy blood extractions with a closable tap and hollow needle on the end of the tubing. The particular prop is known for reviving the Leukemia-diagnosed War Boy “Nux” and can be scene multiple times in the film beginning with Nux catching Slit taking his steering wheel. He then begs Slit to take him and Max who is acting as Nux's "blood bag", with him so Nux can die in battle earning him a place in Valhalla.
